Tony Abou-Ganim is a bar professional and the founder of The Modern Mixologist website; he also operates his own beverage consulting firm, specializing in bar staff training, product education and cocktail development. Abou-Ganim has written several books on mixology and has made myriad television appearances, as well as developed cocktail programs for several restaurants and bars.

Siobhan Barry is a partner at Icrave, where she acts as lead designer and is responsible for managing the firm’s airport work from concept to implementation. Brockman earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida Southern College.
